Red Snapper x Room + Wild


This classic tomato-based drink, similar to a Bloody Mary but with The Botanist, is perfect for brunch or a savoury happy hour. To celebrate our collaboration with Room + Wild, we asked our food and drink go-to and wanderluster Abi Clephane to create a series of cocktail and food pairings inspired by land, water and sky. Pair with Steak Tartare.

Ingredients

  • 40ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 10 Dashes Lea and Perrins
  • 4 Dashes Hot sauce
  • 100ml Tomato juice
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • Teaspoon of brine from pickled chillies or pickles
  • Cocktail stick with celery, cucumber, pickled chilli and a tomato 

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and stir
  2. Pour into an ice filled glass
  3. Garnish with a cocktail stick with celery, cucumber, pickled chilli and a tomato
