A very simple but effective cocktail using things you already have in the fridge. Rhubarb is seasonal, delicious and a sign that the days are getting longer.

Ingredients

  • 40ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 50ml Cawston Press still rhubarb juice
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • Top with soda water
  • Garnish: Fresh rosemary

 

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice and build the cocktail in the glass
  2. Top with soda water 
  3. Garnish with fresh rosemary from the garden
