Ingredients
- 450ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 30ml Dry vermouth
- 30ml Wild garlic vinegar
- 100ml Water for dilution
- Garnish: Olive and/or wild garlic flower
Method
- Add everything to a strong glass bottle
- Freeze overnight or at least a few hours for texture
- Serve straight from the freezer and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
- Garnish with an olive or wild garlic flower if in bloom
