This Gin & Tonic recipe with Bramble and Rosemary is simple to make at home. Bramble fruits are an easy seasonal forage in Autumn.

INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml /1oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 4-5 Brambles
  • Sprig of rosemary
  • Ice
  • Premium tonic

Method

  • Fill a highball glass with 2/3 ice
  • Add The Botanist and top with premium tonic
  • Garnish with rosemary and brambles
