Red Snapper x Room + Wild
This classic tomato-based drink, similar to a Bloody Mary but with The Botanist, is perfect for brunch or a savoury happy hour. To celebrate our collaboration with Room + Wild, we asked our food and drink go-to and wanderluster Abi Clephane to create a series of cocktail and food pairings inspired by land, water and sky. Pair with Steak Tartare.
Ingredients
- 40ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 10 Dashes Lea and Perrins
- 4 Dashes Hot sauce
- 100ml Tomato juice
- 15ml Lemon juice
- Teaspoon of brine from pickled chillies or pickles
- Cocktail stick with celery, cucumber, pickled chilli and a tomato
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and stir
- Pour into an ice filled glass
- Garnish with a cocktail stick with celery, cucumber, pickled chilli and a tomato
