The Botanist: Raspberry Martini

Raspberry Martini


The tartness of this martini means you can pair it with a chocolatey dessert.

Ingredients

  • 75ml (2.5oz) The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 15ml (1/2oz) Fino Sherry
  • 15ml (1/2oz) Raspberry honey water (see below)

Honey water

  • Ingredients: 250ml (8.5oz) Raw honey. 250ml (8.5oz) Freshly boiled water. 250g (1 cup) Raspberry.
  • Method: Combine everything in a mason jar. Shake well and leave for 4 hours. Strain.

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for a minimum of 30 seconds
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass of your choice
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberry
