White Sangria
A fresh and fruit filled sharing serve that brings toegther The Botanist gin, Cointreau and sparkling cava with juicy citrus and stone fruit. Light, aromatic and beautifully refreshing, it's the perfect pitcher cocktail for relaxed gatherings and long summer afternoons.
Ingredients
- 120ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 60ml Cointreau
- 100ml grapefruit juice
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 bottle of cava
- Frozen grapes
- Sliced nectarines
- Handful mint leaves
- Sliced orange
Method
- Add everything to a jug apart from the cava to macerate in the fridge
- Add cava for serving and give a good stir
- Pour into ice filled glasses making sure each one gets fruit
