Ingredients
- 40ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 1 Peach half from jar and two barspoons of juice
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml honey syrup
- 5 basil leaves
- Grind of pink peppercorns
Method
- Muddle the peach half in a shaking tin and add ingredients including bruised basil leaves
- Shake with ice and double strain into an ice filled glass
- Garnish with a twist of pepper and basil leaf
