Ingredients

  • 40ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 1 Peach half from jar and two barspoons of juice
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 15ml honey syrup
  • 5 basil leaves
  • Grind of pink peppercorns

Method

  1. Muddle the peach half in a shaking tin and add ingredients including bruised basil leaves
  2. Shake with ice and double strain into an ice filled glass
  3. Garnish with a twist of pepper and basil leaf
