Try making a delicious Basil Sour cocktail recipe made with The Botanist gin. Thirst quenching and easy to make in under two minutes.- 40ml (1½ oz) The Botanist Gin
- 20ml (¾ oz) lemon juice
- 20ml (¾ oz) honey water (1:1 honey to water dilution)
- 4-5 basil leaves
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake until chilled
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a basil leaf
- Drink!
