BGM (Botanical Gin Mojito) Japanese style

  • 60ml The Botanist gin
  • Lemongrass (camomile Infused)
  • 15ml lime juice
  • Soda
  • 3-4 perilla leaves
  • Edible flower
  • 2 teaspoons ginger syrup
  • Camomile (for decoration)
  • Crushed ice
Instructions for making the BGM (Botanical Gin Mojito) Japanese style cocktail:
  1. Lightly tap the perilla leaves to induce their aroma.
  2. Add ginger syrup, The Botanist, and mix together,
  3. Add edible flowers and 15ml of lime juice
  4. Stir.
  5. Then add crushed ice, soda, and stir again.
  6. Top it off by adding camomile as decoration.
