Try making this tasty Maillard Shrub gin cocktail recipe. Roasting the pears before juicing causes a Maillard reaction offering a nutty and rich aroma to this drink.
  • 50ml The Botanist
  • Ice
  • Roasted Pear juice
  • Celery root & Walnut syrup
  • Raspberry vinegar


Instructions for making the Maillard Shrub cocktail:
  1. Shake all ingredients and double strain.
  2. Add to glass
  3. Garnish with Celery, dehydrated pear and walnut dust.
  4. Drink!
