Mulled Gin

Feeling the chill this season? Try making this easy Mulled Gin cocktail from The Botanist Gin made with apple juice and spiced syrup.
  • 50ml (1½ oz) The Botanist Gin
  • 150ml (5 oz) Cloudy apple juice
  • 10ml  (1⁄4 oz) Spiced syrup


Instructions for making the Mulled Gin cocktail:
  1. Add Cinnamon, Cloves and Star Anise to a simple syrup of one part sugar to one part water  (100g sugar dissolved in 100ml water)
  2. Gently heat syrup and apple juice in a pan.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before adding to a glass along with The Botanist Gin.
  4. Garnish with a clove-studded apple wedge.
  5. Drink!
