Rosemary Gin Sour

Try this delicious Gin Sour cocktail made with The Botanist Gin and Rosemary. 4 ingredients, including a ubiquitous garden herb.- 60ml (2 oz) The Botanist Gin
- 30ml (1 oz) lemon juice
- 30ml (1 oz) rosemary syrup
- 15ml (½ oz) egg white *
- To make rosemary syrup: use 100ml water to every 100g sugar (1:1 ratio), heat to boiling, stir till dissolved
- Add a handful of rosemary and leave to cool before straining
- Add all the ingredients to the shaker or jar with a lid, and dry shake *with no ice) to emulsify the egg
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with rosemary.
* You can use aquafaba instead of egg white if preferred.
