Try making this tasty Shrimps From the Sea, maritime-inspired cocktail recipe at home. Forage local ingredients from the seashore and add a drop of Umami to add an extra kick.
  • 60ml The Botanist
  • 20ml Homemade Malty Pear and Flowering Currant Syrup
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 3 drops of Mushroom Umami Bitter
  • One Egg white Whisked
Instructions for making the Shrimps From the Sea cocktail:
  1. Add the ingredients together in a mixing jug.
  2. Stir
  3. Serve with Tubular Seaweed sprinkled with pepper.
