Chamomile Martini

This easy chamomile martini is a twist on the classic martini recipe playing up the floral notes in The Botanist. In a word, elegant.
  • 70ml (2½ oz) The Botanist Gin – chamomile tea-infused*
  • 15ml (½ oz) dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters
Instructions for making the Chamomile Martini cocktail:
  1. To infuse gin: Steep one chamomile tea bag in 2.5 oz The Botanist Gin for 5 minutes.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
