We’re in Aperol Spritz territory for this summer variation on the gin martini. The kick of orange oil here lifts the florals of the chamomile.

  • 50ml chamomile-infused Botanist gin
  • 10 ml Bianco vermouth
  • Orange peel
Instructions for making the Chamomile & Orange Martini cocktail:
  1. Add a chamomile tea bag or a spoon of fresh or dried chamomile flowers to The Botanist and infuse for 5 minutes. Strain.
  2. Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
