Try making this simple, maritime Dabberlocks Martini gin cocktail recipe at home. Use ice-cold Botanist gin straight from the freezer with a salty seaweed serve in place of the olive.- 50ml The Botanist gin (from the freezer)
- Vermouth
- Seaweed
- Ice
- Ice the martini glass
- Add the gin and vermouth and shake over ice
- Strain into glass
- Garnish with a sprig of salty seaweed
The dark green/brown of the seaweed turns a vivid lime after a few minutes, by which time it has just given enough flavour to be ready to drink.
