This easy elderflower and mint martini recipe is a classic combination for a light and refreshing spring cocktail to enjoy in the garden.

  • 50ml (1½ oz) The Botanist Gin
  • 10ml (½ oz) dry vermouth
  • 5ml / 1 tsp of elderflower liqueur such as St Germain
  • Sprig of mint
Instructions for making the Elderflower & Mint Martini cocktail:
  1. Stir ingredients with plenty of ice in a mixing jug.
  2. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint.
  4. Drink!
