Pomegranate Martini

This seasonal take on the classic martini features fresh pomegranate, adding tanginess to complement the subtle sweet notes of The Botanist Gin.
  • 70ml (2½ oz) The Botanist Gin
  • 1 heaped tablespoon fresh pomegranate arils
  • 15ml (½ oz) dry vermouth
  • Sprig of fresh thyme
Instructions for making the Pomegranate Martini cocktail:
  1. Muddle pomegranate arils with gin and allow to infuse for 1-2 hours.
  2. Add the infused gin and vermouth to a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill.
  3. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
