A simple Raspberry Martini with the added freshness of berries.  You don’t need to pickle the raspberry garnish but it’s a nice touch and will ensure you’re using seasonal, fruit into the winter!

This Raspberry Martini is perfectly paired to elevate the acidic tartness of the rich and earthy dessert from our New Year’s Menu.

  • 75ml (2.5oz) The Botanist Gin
  • 15ml (1/2oz) Fino Sherry
  • 15ml (1/2oz) Raspberry Honey water
Instructions for making the Raspberry Sherry Martini cocktail:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass of your choice
  4. Garnish with pickled or fresh raspberry

Instructions for the Raspberry Honey Water:


  • 250ml (8.5oz) Raw Honey
  • 250ml (8.5oz) Freshly Boiled Water
  • 250g (1 cup) Raspberries


  1. Combine everything in a mason jar
  2. Shake well and leave for 4 hours
  3. Strain
