This rose martini cocktail recipe fits the autumn – poised between high notes of zest and flowers, and more poignant depths.

  • 50ml (1½ oz) The Botanist Gin
  • 15ml (½ oz) Rosa Americano
  • Dash grapefruit bitters
  • Sprig of Rosemary
Instructions for making the Rose Martini cocktail:
  1. Pour ingredients over ice in a mixing jug and stir slowly and thoroughly.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
  4. Drink!
