Try making this tasty Moorland Martini gin cocktail recipe. Garnish with rhubarb and gorse flower jelly made using agar-agar for an earthy twist.
  • 50ml The Botanist gin
  • 5ml Seaweed and moss dry PX sherry distillate
  • Ice


Instructions for making the The Moorland Martini cocktail:
  1. Distil the moss with seaweed and dry sherry to create a savoury distillate.
  2. Stir ingredients with ice and
  3. Double strain into a Martini glass
  4. Garnish with Seaweed, moss, Gorse flowers
