Botanist and Tonic with Foraged Garnish

How do you drink The Botanist Gin? Premium tonic water, ice and a local, seasonal garnish of your choice; the perfect Botanist and Tonic.
Ingredients:
  • 50ml (2 oz) The Botanist Gin
  • Premium Tonic Water
  • Foraged Garnish – e.g. lemon, thyme, rosemary, mint, chamomile
Instructions for making the Botanist and Tonic with Foraged Garnish cocktail:
  1. Pour gin into an ice-filled highball.
  2. Add premium tonic water to your taste.
  3. Garnish with something local and seasonal.
  4. Drink!
