The Botanist and Tonic with Elderflower and Grapefruit

A refreshing crisp take on a classic Tom Collins using freshly made green juice and Crab Apple infused gin.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml / 1½ oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 25ml / ¾ oz Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 15ml / ½ oz Elderflower cordial
  • Premium tonic water
  • A sprig of thyme and grapefruit wheel to garnish

Method

  • Mix The Botanist, grapefruit and elderflower cordial in a mixing glass
  • Pour into an ice-filled highball
  • Top up with tonic water
  • Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a grapefruit wheel
