BGM (Botanical Gin Mojito) Japanese style

  • 60ml The Botanist
  • Lemongrass (camomile Infused)
  • 15ml lime juice
  • Soda
  • 3-4 perilla leaves
  • Edible flower
  • 2 teaspoons ginger syrup
  • Camomile (for decoration)
  • Crushed ice


Lightly tap the perilla leaves to induce their aroma. Add ginger syrup, The Botanist, and mix together, before adding edible flowers and 15ml of lime juice, and stir. Then add crushed ice, soda, and stir again. Top it off by adding camomile as decoration.
