Ingredients:
  • 45ml The Botanist
  • 20ml Homemade Islay Honey
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • 10 Mugwort leaves

Method:

Place all ingredients into a Perlini carbonating shaker, and shake. Filter and pour into a glass. Place a created garnish of dried orange, rosemary, and mint on top.
