B&T With Foraged Garnish

Ingredients:

The Botanist Gin – 50ml (2oz)

Premium Tonic Water – to taste

Foraged Garnish – eg lemon thyme, rosemary, mint, chamomile

 

 


Method:

Pour gin into an ice filled highball. Add premium tonic water to your taste. Garnish with something local and seasonal.
