Chamomile Martini

Ingredients:

70ml (2.5 oz) The Botanist – chamomile tea infused*
15ml (0.5 oz) dry vermouth
2 dashes grapefruit bitters

To infuse gin:
Steep one chamomile tea bag in 2.5 oz The Botanist for 5 minutes.


Method:

Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
