A favourite flower – simple sincere, grows everywhere, represents the people on Islay – easygoing. Syrup – a Swiss Dandelion base, with woodruff, and local Islay herbs. Mixture of Switzerland and Scotland
- 60ml Botanist
- Rhubarb and douglas fir a bit, sprig, muddled
- 15ml Dandelion syrup with local herbs
Foraging notes
Wild rhubarb as a straw, found in Islay Community Garden. Douglas fir in bottom of glass. Douglas fir needles, tansy, clove root and daisies into the syrup.
