
Mulled Gin

50ml – The Botanist Gin
150ml – Cloudy apple juice
10ml – Spiced syrup (add cinnamon, cloves and star anise to a simple syrup of one part sugar to one part water eg 100g sugar : 100ml water)
Method:
Gently heat all of the ingredients apart from The Botanist Gin. Allow to cool slightly, add to a glass containing 50ml gin and garnish with a clove-studded apple wedge.
