
Oh Sherry

30ml (1oz) – The Botanist Gin
30ml (1oz) – Carpano Bianco
15ml (0.5oz) – Bitter Apertivo
15ml (0.5oz ) – Shishito pepper infused sherry
Torched Lemon or lemon peel to garnish
Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, stir, strain over a large ice cube in a mini goblet glass. Garnish and serve.
