Olive Oil Martini

Ingredients:

70ml (2.5 oz) The Botanist

15ml (0.5 oz) dry vermouth

15ml (0.5 oz) olive oil


Method:

Add all ingredients to a jar or similar container. Shake and place in freezer overnight.

Fine strain into a mixing glass and stir over ice.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a zest of lemon and, if desired, a few drops of olive oil on the surface of the cocktail.
