Pomegranate Martini

Ingredients:

70ml (2.5 oz) The Botanist
1 heaping tablespoon fresh pomegranate arils
15ml (0.5 oz) dry vermouth


Method:

Muddle pomegranate arils with gin and allow to steep for 1-2 hours.

Add the infused gin and vermouth to a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill.

Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
