  • Muddle Apple Mint and Bramble together
  • Dash Regans Bitters
  • 25 ml Lavender, Rosemary and  Earl Grey Syrup
  • 75 ml Botanist Gin


Shake together with ice. Decorate glass with Malic Acid/icing sugar and Douglas Fir Sherbert. Garnish with Lemon Balm and Bramble.
