Ingredients:

60ml The Botanist Gin
20ml Whiskyliqueur
2 drops Botanist‐Bitters

Sound & Smoke is a journey across the island, once you’ve been there you know what it means. The taste of smoke, the smell of the sea in the air. The calm before the storm and the storm.


Method:

Whiskyliqueur: cooking sous vide Port Charlotte Islay Barley, blackberry, elderberry, honey from Islay.
Bitters: Infuse tansy, mugwort, spruce in 2dl The Botanist.
Seaweed‐Gin: Infuse dried seaweed and The Botanist.
Stir together on ice, strain and sprinkle with seaweed‐gin.
