Summer Botanical

  • 48ml The Botanist
  • 12ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (Ginza honey)
  • 5 lemon balm leaves
  • Japanese peppermint
  • 1 lemon peel
  • Crushed ice


Pour The Botanist and lemon juice into a Boston shaker, along with honey and lemon balm leaves (gently mash while stirring to induce the scent). Then shake with some crushed ice, before pouring into a glass and decorating with lemon peel and Japanese peppermint.
