Ingredients:
  • 40ml The Botanist
  • 20ml wild rose petal syrup
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 20ml egg white

Method:

Pour ingredients into shaker and dry shake to mix.

Add ice to shaker, then shake again to cool.

Double strain into glass.

Garnish with whole flower.
