3oz. of Botanist Gin and 1oz. of Bruichladdich Islay Barley (Rockside Farm). Pour into a mixing glass, add a splash of dry vermouth and 4 dashes of orange bitters. Stir with plenty of ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Zest a large lemon peel over the top and discard.
