The Martinez is a classic cocktail; in this version, we use The Botanist Cask Aged Gin for a modern twist.
Ingredients
- 75ml The Botanist Cask Aged Gin
- 10ml Sweet Vermouth
- Orange peel and maraschino cherry to garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with 2/3 ice and stir until chilled
- Double strain and pour into a chilled Nick and Nora glass
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and twist of orange
