Horizon Spritz x Room + Wild
A refreshing and tart gin spritz with fino sherry, which adds a distinctive saline note. To celebrate our collaboration with Room + Wild, we asked our food and drink go-to and wanderluster Abi Clephane to create a series of cocktail and food pairings inspired by land, water and sky. Pair with Whipped Feta Dip.
Ingredients
- 40ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 10ml Fino sherry
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- Top with sparkling water or cava
- Mint sprig and lemon twist
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice and build the cocktail in the glass with all ingredients except the cava/sparkling water
- Top with cava or sparkling water
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon twist
