- 40ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 10ml pickle juice
- 10ml dill and black pepper syrup
- 10ml lime juice
- Soda top
- Dill and pickle spear

- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Pour your ingredients in
- Garnish with dill frond and pickle spear
