A delicious spritz, to be enjoyed in good company. Inspired by the padel shot, the Chiquita, a slower, softer shot.

Ingredients

  • 35ml/1.5oz The Botanist Cask Rested Gin
  • 10ml White port
  • 5ml Elderflower cordial
  • Cava
  • Sparkling water
  • Sliced peach, grapefruit slices, basil and mint
  • Serves one, multiply per person for a jug serve

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice and build the cocktail in the glass with all ingredients except the cava and sparkling water
  2. Top with cava and sparkling water
  3. Garnish with sliced peach, grapefruit slices, basil and mint
