A delicious spritz, to be enjoyed in good company. Inspired by the padel shot, the Chiquita, a slower, softer shot.
Ingredients
- 35ml/1.5oz The Botanist Cask Rested Gin
- 10ml White port
- 5ml Elderflower cordial
- Cava
- Sparkling water
- Sliced peach, grapefruit slices, basil and mint
- Serves one, multiply per person for a jug serve
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice and build the cocktail in the glass with all ingredients except the cava and sparkling water
- Top with cava and sparkling water
- Garnish with sliced peach, grapefruit slices, basil and mint
