Ingredients

  • 450ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 30ml Dry vermouth
  • 30ml Wild garlic vinegar
  • 100ml Water for dilution
  • Garnish: Olive and/or wild garlic flower

Method

  1. Add everything to a strong glass bottle
  2. Freeze overnight or at least a few hours for texture
  3. Serve straight from the freezer and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
  4. Garnish with an olive or wild garlic flower if in bloom
