A very simple but effective cocktail using things you already have in the fridge. Rhubarb is seasonal, delicious and a sign that the days are getting longer.
Ingredients
- 40ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 50ml Cawston Press still rhubarb juice
- 10ml Lemon juice
- Top with soda water
- Garnish: Fresh rosemary
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice and build the cocktail in the glass
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with fresh rosemary from the garden
