SERVING SUGGESTION
Simply pour into a rocks glass, fill with ice (a large block or sphere is best) and garnish with an orange peel.
PAIR WITH
Toasted brioche, olives and pecorino
Ingredients
Brioche
Whipped butter
Good quality olives
Pecorino cheese
Lemon zest
Smoked paprika
Method
- Lightly toast the brioche, then cut into fingers
- Spread some whipped butter onto each finger
- Slice the olives in half and place them onto the brioche
- Generously grate some pecorino over the top
- Finish off with a sprinkle of lemon zest and a touch of paprika
