Method
- Pile the olive oil crisps into a bowl and dust over some smoked paprika
- Finely chop the dill and mix into the crème fraÎche in a small bowl
- Open the tin of mussels escabeche
- Add some crème fraÎche onto a crisp, top with a mussel and enjoy!
