The Botanist and Tonic with Elderflower and Grapefruit

A refreshing crisp take on a classic Tom Collins using freshly made green juice and Crab Apple infused gin.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml / 1½ oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 25ml / ¾ oz Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 15ml / ½ oz Elderflower cordial
- Premium tonic water
- A sprig of thyme and grapefruit wheel to garnish
Method
- Mix The Botanist, grapefruit and elderflower cordial in a mixing glass
- Pour into an ice-filled highball
- Top up with tonic water
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a grapefruit wheel
