  • 50ml The Botanist Islay Cask Rested Gin
  • 25ml Amaro
  • Orange peel and a maraschino cherry

Method

  1. Add the gin and amaro to a mixing glass filled 2/3 up with ice
  2. Stir well until chilled and slightly diluted
  3. Strain over a large ice cube into a rocks glass
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a twist of orange
