This Botanist Gin Mojito is a simple and refreshing way to feel like summer's arrived early - fresh mint from the garden and bright lime.

  • 20ml lime juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Soda ater

Method

  1. Muddle the lime juice, syrup and gin in a tall glass
  2. Fill with ice and mint, then top with soda water
  3. Garnish with mint and a lime wheel
