Distiller's Strength 50/50 Martini

  • 45ml The Botanist Distiller's Strength Gin
  • 45ml dry vermouth (ideally chilled from the fridge)
  • Lemon peel to garnish

Method

  1. Chill a Nick & Nora glass
  2. Fill a mixing glass 2/3 of the way with good quality ice
  3. Pour in the gin and vermouth and stir continuously for at least 30 seconds to allow the ingredients to chill and dilute slightly
  4. Strain into your chilled glass
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist
